1. Introduction

Welcome to Quester Circle (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Quester Circle is a digital marketplace that connects Quest Creators and Questers for structured task-based engagements (“Quests”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2. Nature of the Platform

Quester Circle is a marketplace platform only.

We:

Do not employ Questers

Do not supervise work directly

Do not act as an escrow service

Do not hold or custody user funds

Do not process payments between users

All payments occur directly between Quest Creators and Questers.

Quester Circle is not a financial intermediary.

3. Eligibility

Users must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate information

Not have been suspended previously

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

4. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

Maintaining accurate profiles

Securing login credentials

All activity conducted under their account

Accounts may be suspended for violations.

5. Posting and Completing Quests

Quest Creators must:

Clearly define task scope

Specify compensation

Set deadlines

Provide lawful tasks

Questers must:

Perform tasks as agreed

Maintain quality standards

Comply with applicable laws

Quest completion is subject to platform confirmation.

6. Payments Between Users

All Quest payments are made directly between the Quest Creator and the Quester.

Quester Circle:

Does not process payments

Does not hold funds

Does not guarantee payment

Is not responsible for banking errors or payment failures

Users are solely responsible for executing financial transfers.

7. Platform Commission & Completion Confirmation

Commission Structure (Version 1)

Quester Circle charges a 10% platform commission based on the agreed Quest compensation.

Completion Process

Before a Quest is marked as completed on the Platform:

The Quest Creator must submit evidence that:

Payment has been made directly to the Quester

The 10% platform commission has been paid

Quester Circle reviews submitted evidence.

Upon verification, the Quest status is confirmed as completed.

The Platform reserves the right to reject incomplete or insufficient payment evidence.

Failure to submit proof of payment may result in:

Suspension of Quest status

Account restrictions

Platform enforcement actions

8. Ranking System

Quester Circle maintains a five-tier ranking system:

Apprentice

Bronze

Silver

Gold

Legend

Rank progression is based on performance metrics including:

Completed Quests

Quality of work

Reliability

Ratings and engagement

Rank reflects credibility and reputation.

9. Future Commission Adjustments (Coming Soon)

In future updates, platform commission rates may decrease based on rank progression.

Potential future structure:

Rank-based commission reductions are not currently active and are not guaranteed.

The Platform reserves the right to modify commission structures.

10. Non-Payment & Circumvention

Users may not:

Circumvent platform commission

Misrepresent payment status

Submit false evidence

Complete Quests off-platform to avoid commission

Violation may result in:

Immediate suspension

Termination

Restriction of access

11. Dispute Resolution

Payment disputes must be resolved directly between users.

Quester Circle may review platform conduct disputes but assumes no liability for financial disagreements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quester Circle shall not be liable for:

Non-payment between users

Payment disputes

Banking errors

Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed platform commissions paid in the prior six months.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quester Circle from claims arising from:

Platform use

Payment disputes

Legal violations

Breach of these Terms

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Violations of these Terms

Commission circumvention

Fraudulent activity

15. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

Disputes shall be resolved in Cambodian courts.
